I haven't needed to go to the surgery many times but whenever I have it has been quick, friendly and efficient. The reception staff are brilliant despite clearly being very busy - they don't take it out on patients unlike many others!
The nurse was also extremely pleasant; speedy enough to get you in and out quickly but without feeling like they're disinterested.

Surgery is great, I find the booking system really convenient, receptionists/ support staff are lovely, patient and really helpful. The doctors themselves are all completely different which is actually useful, depending on your medical problem. Only criticism is no female doctors!!

Staff are warm and friendly. I was very impressed with speed and efficiency of registration and getting initial appointments.
